Steph Wilfawn, girlfriend of Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean, had the perfect view of her boyfriend’s spectacular pick-six against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX, held in New Orleans.

DeJean, who turned 22 on Sunday, gave himself the best birthday gift—a game-changing interception against Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. The rookie cornerback returned the ball 38 yards for a touchdown, extending the Eagles’ lead to 17-0 midway through the second quarter. The play electrified the crowd at Caesars Superdome and set the tone for Philadelphia’s dominant 40-22 victory over the reigning champions.

Wilfawn, an active social media user, shared a video of the thrilling moment from her seat in the stadium, capturing the excitement of the game. She also posted a heartfelt Instagram story featuring a childhood photo of DeJean with a heart emoji and the number “22” to celebrate his birthday. Later, she shared another story, writing, “Happy birthday @cooperdejean,” accompanied by a smiling emoji with a hand over its mouth.

DeJean, a standout defensive back from Iowa, was selected by the Eagles in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft as the 40th overall pick. His impact was immediate, and his Super Bowl performance solidified his reputation as a rising star in the league.

After the game, DeJean joined his teammates in the locker room to celebrate the victory. In a series of social media posts, he shared moments of the celebration, including a photo of himself smoking a cigar. One of his captions read, “Bringing the Lombardi back to Philly,” echoing the team’s excitement after securing the championship.

The Eagles’ dominant win over the Chiefs marked a historic night for the franchise, with DeJean playing a key role in their success.
