Dak Prescott expressed an arrogant attitude toward the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback discussed his team’s position during a gala for the Children’s Cancer Fund this tuesday.
The Philadelphia Eagles left a strong impression at Super Bowl LIX, hinting at the possibility of a future dynasty. This presents a major challenge for the other NFC teams, who will need to react urgently.

Arrogant tone from Dak Prescott when referring to the Super Bowl champion team

Dak Prescott didn’t seem particularly concerned about the situation and even mentioned that the Cowboys have earned more victories than the Eagles during his time with the team.

“I think we’ve had good matchups against the Eagles and, most of the time, we’ve come out on top. I don’t want to fall into the trap of saying, ‘Look at the record,’ especially when they’re the ones holding the trophy right now. They’ve earned what they have and worked for it, but, yeah, we were very close.”
“Especially after watching the NFC championship and those two teams, whom we face several times a year. As I mentioned, I’m confident we’ve always had the upper hand, but seeing such an imposing style of play is something that belongs to them. Now it’s our turn, and it all depends on what we do.”

Prescott record against the Eagles

Prescott has a 9-4 record against the Eagles since 2016. However, none of those victories occurred this season, as Philadelphia defeated Dallas in both matchups by a dominant 75-13. This makes it crucial for Prescott to reflect on how his team has faced the Eagles in the past.
