Travis Kelce’s NFL future
His brother, Jason Kelce, seems to shed some light on the matter. The former NFL player mentioned during “The Steam Room” podcast with Charles Barkley and Ernie Johnson that Travis Kelce has made a decision and knows his next move.
“I think deep down he probably already knows what he wants to do,” Jason stated. He also mentioned that they’ll discuss it soon. “I’m sure we’ll talk about it. We’ve talked about it a bit, and I’m sure he’ll go through a process to figure it out,” Jason said about his brother. He also noted that although they’re similar, they have very different ways of thinking.

“Sometimes I can overanalyze situations, and my brother is like, ‘Hey, do you want to play or not?’” That’s why Jason believes his younger brother, Travis Kelce, has already decided his future.
“He’s like, don’t worry about all the minor things,” Jason continued. “And nine times out of ten, he’s right about everything.”
Travis Kelce’s stats
Travis Kelce was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2013. Since then, his seasons have been filled with achievements, making him the franchise’s star. He has played in four Super Bowls with the team and won three. He’s also been selected for the All-Pro team four times and for the Pro Bowl ten times.
As if that wasn’t enough, Travis Kelce holds the record for the most receiving yards in Kansas City Chiefs’ history. Had the Chiefs won, he would’ve retired in grand fashion.
However, his stats have declined compared to previous seasons. For instance, Travis Kelce recorded the lowest number of yards (823) and touchdowns (3) of his career. We can only wait to hear from the player himself. Nate Taylor of The Athletic reported that the Chiefs want him to return for another season.
